Our Story
Founded in 2018 by Jeff Ashley and Kevin Sparks, Glasscadia began with one focus in mind: to be a better glass installation company. In other words, we hire craftspeople and trade experts who value building customer relationships and getting the job done the right way, not salespeople with quotas on selling new full window and door installations.
We value repair first over replacement which keeps projects affordable and fast for the homeowners and businesses we serve. With our team’s combined 50+ years of industry expertise, our mission is to strive for excellence in serving our customers by understanding their needs and developing solutions that are common sense and cost-effective for them without needless replacement or installation. In doing so, we seek to stand out among our competitors as a service provider that will listen to our customers and solve their problems and give clear, honest answers to better serve and inform them on their options.
Our vision is that, by being clear, honest, and customer-focused, we can become a benchmark that others in our industry follow, putting problem-solving and building relationships with people ahead of quick (and often needless) sales and disinterest.
